Our task was to aggressively recruit enough drivers to keep US Xpress’ 5,000 trucks rolling. We succeeded by combining breakthrough creative with an equally creative approach to digital. The resulting campaign was so powerful, it changed the industry.

We developed proprietary software to optimize our digital placements across platforms, giving US Xpress preferential placement in key markets across the nation.

To ensure the trucks had plenty of cargo, we developed dimensional direct mail pieces that were delivered to key prospects, who were immediately contacted by the US Xpress sales team.
