Increase traffic frequency during the lunch daypart with a “Pick 2” concept that is similar to the platforms already being offered by competitors.

Develop POP that targets our current customer and entices her to increase the frequency of her lunchtime visits. Feature the robustness of Cracker Barrel’s menu by focusing on a whole sandwich and side at the popular $6.99 price point.

Results

The combo became a permanent menu item and key contributor to same store sales.
